You may have experienced that gradual but inevitable relapse and unfortunately found yourself right back where you started, sometimes much further away from your initial goal. Any positive changes are almost always inconsistent, unsustainable behaviours and before you know it, your energy levels are low again, with you being unable to experience true vitality. 

Why Is This? I believe that this is because your lifestyle is unique and your Health Journey should be too. This powerful detail is KEY to sustainability and lasting change.

I have been there before! If I had a penny for every time I was consistent in improving my health for the first two weeks, only to fall right off after a moment of hormonal cravings or a busy day at work to then convince myself I would get back on it to no avail, I would be a Billionaire!

Enough was truly enough. Something had to change!

I started the journey of shifting my Mindset towards a healthier, happier me. Yes, I knew I wanted to lose the weight, but more importantly I wanted to feel good within myself.

So I began with small, simple, sustainable steps such as drinking more water & getting more sleep but most importantly, I ensured that they were completely unique to my lifestyle.

I detoxed my body and mind, started to cut out unhealthy foods and my body thanked me in the process. In just 3 months I lost almost 38lbs and more importantly I felt AMAZING. In the midst of this transformation life still showed up.

So what changed? It was my MINDSET!

I have worked with women in Jamaica, US and the UK to feel better inside and out and I am committed to helping thousands and thousands of women do the same. I have a Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm Hons) and I am a Speaker & Functional Medicine Health Coaching candidate.
